Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka is a Belarussian born in Minsk. Sergey was a professional hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born May 5, 1998 in Minsk Belarus. Aryna is the holder of twelve WTA Singles titles, one that was awarded the title "Grand Slam" at the Australian Open 2023. In doubles, she is an excellent player. She's won two Majors in the past with Elise Mertens, The US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. Alongside her fellow Belgian tennis champion, the Belgian also won an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019, thus completing her the Sunshine Double. Only four women's pairs were able to achieve this achievement. Only four couples who were able to achieve this feat during women's doubles. The Belarusian rose into the top spot of the doubles rankings in the following year, after winning the doubles title in Melbourne. She became the only Belarusian tennis player to achieve success in the field. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, coached her from the 2018 season until the end and part of this season in 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was her coach from the month of August to September of 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach who has been with her since the beginning of 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her heroes.
